Please note: If your child is in Grades 1-3, they will go directly to the Kids’ Club Room at dismissal. The program instructors will pick the student up at the Kids’ Club Room and take them to the program. Early Years students will be signed out from their classroom and taken by a staff member to the program. Those children who are part of Aftercare or Early Years Aftercare will be taken back to aftercare at the completion of the program.

Dance & Sing with L’Dance
In these classes, your children will be dancing and singing as they reenact short pieces from a surprise musical performance.
A final showcase will take place at school, the last class of the Winter Session.

Build and Design with Lego Bricks
Introducing an engaging 8-week program designed to unleash the creative potential of children through the fascinating world of LEGO building. Heschel Players Present… Junior Drama
Back by popular demand! Students will begin with an introduction to drama performance using drama games, improvisation, character building, movement and mime. Once the fundamentals of drama performance are in place, term two will focus on the creation of a piece to be performed in conjunction with the Heschel School Play (Honk Jr.) on May 28 & 29 at the Fairview Library Theatre.
This creative drama program spans two full terms. Students must enroll for the entire 14 week program in order to participate in the performance in May.

Play Ball Canada…. Sports Coaching for young children
This is a non-competitive and comprehensive program carefully designed to teach a wide range of basic sports and social skills. The emphasis is to have fun with movement and playing games with a ball so that your child’s early introduction to the sport is a positive one, to ensure they will enjoy a lifetime of sports participation.
