Application for Admission

Please create an account on our enrollment portal and complete the application form online. Once you submit this form, you will be required to provide the following:

• Deposit of $500 payable to The Toronto Heschel School
• A recent head shot of your child (passport photo or school photo are ideal)
• Government-issued identification (copy of birth certificate, passport or visa)
• Your child’s Ontario Health Card (OHIP)
• Your child’s up-to-date immunization record
• Your child’s final report card from last year and most recent mid-year report card (if applicable)
• Your child’s psychoeducational assessment and IEP (if applicable)
• Child custody documentation (if applicable)

The $500 deposit is required at the time of application. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied against your child’s tuition fees.

Digital copies of the supporting documents should be uploaded via the portal.
