Over the past two months, students in Grade 4 have been studying the science of sound as part of their Generative Topic, יש הרבה דרכים למדוד / There are many ways to measure. They have also studied the parts of the ear and how sound is transmitted to the brain. For this project, students chose one sound source and identified three sounds that the sound source makes. They explained the frequency and amplitude of the sounds and represented them as sound waves. They also captured how each sound makes you feel in a poem using onomatopoeia.
