Last week, warmth and laughter filled our Sukkah during the annual Supper in the Sukkah event organized by our wonderful Chevra Committee. We welcomed over 175 family members and friends for an evening dedicated to delicious food and Sukkot traditions.

To start, families enjoyed a delightful dinner outside, where conversations flowed freely and connections were made. Following supper, we gathered around a bonfire that quickly became the highlight of the evening. As we sat together, everyone joined in singing familiar songs about Sukkot, creating a sense of unity and celebration. Additionally, the Heschel Hornet, A.J., made a special appearance for the kids, adding to the fun and excitement of the night!

A special thank you to our incredible Heschel Helpers—our enthusiastic students who volunteered to help throughout the event. Their support added to the success of the evening, showcasing the teamwork that is so important to our Heschel community.

With the sights and sounds of our thriving Jewish community surrounding us, the event served as a reminder of the strength we find in coming together. We are grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate Sukkot in this meaningful way.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next event!

Chag Sameach!
