Dance with L’Dance
In these classes young dancers are led through stretching, stationary, and across the floor work and games in a supportive environment that encourages creative self expression while building confidence though dance.

Build and Design with Lego Bricks
Students work in teams with thousands of LEGO bricks to learn creative play while developing skills in teamwork, communication and spatial planning. Themes include Strong and Stable Structures, Animals & Habitats, Space Exploration.

Minichefs Cooking Classes
Minichefs will be introduced to the magical world of cooking and baking. Minichefs will be whisking, measuring, mixing and cutting all while learning about where food comes from and how to create delicious recipes. This program is kosher and nut free.

Heschel MainStage Players Musical Theatre
Broadway is back and so are the fabulous Heschel Players! The Heschel Players are eager to start work on another fabulous school play.

Hip Hop for Boys and Girls Students will learn the basics of hip-hop dance, including power moves, freezing and popping to the latest hip-hop and pop music.

Masterchefs Cooking Class
Masterchefs will learn the tricks of the culinary world including how to create and balance a recipe. Students will focus on perfecting their knife skills and work on plating techniques to be able to present a dish like a Masterchef by the end of the session. This program is kosher and nut free.

Junior Drama
Back by popular demand! Students will begin with an introduction to drama performance using drama games, improvisation, character building, movement and mime. Once the fundamentals of drama performance are in place, term two will focus on the creation of an original piece to perform at the Heschel Players annual musical production on May 30th &31st, 2023 at Fairview Library Theatre. This creative drama program spans two full terms. Students must enrol for the entire 14 week program in order to participate in the performance in May.
In order to run, this program needs a minimum of 6 participants to a maximum of 12 participants.
