Option 1:
I would like to participate and will pay today all at once in the amount of $690.

Option 2:
I would like to participate and will pay in 2 installments. The first installment is due no later than December 3, 2021, in the amount of $345. The second is due on February 1, 2022, in the amount of $345.

Option 3:
I would like to participate and will pay in 4 installments. The first installment is due no later than December 3, 2021, in the amount of $172.50. The second installment is due on January 1, 2022, in the amount of $172.50; the third is due on February 1, 2022, in the amount of $172.50; and the fourth is due on March 1, 2022, in the amount of $172.50.
